How to Find Your Size

Necklace Sizing:

  1. Using a string, dental floss, charging cord, or measuring tape, find your desired length by wrapping it around your neck to where you'd like the necklace to fall. Mark that spot on the string.
  2. Check the length against a ruler.

Bracelet Sizing:

  1. Using a string, dental floss, charging cord, or measuring tape, wrap it around your wrist at the wrist knuckle. Wrap it skin tight, but not pinching. Mark the string at that spot.
  2. Check the length against a ruler. Then, add .5" to .75" depending on how loose or tight you prefer your bracelets.

Alternatively: Measure a current necklace or bracelet in the length desired end to end with a ruler.

Because every piece is individually handcrafted, please allow 1–5 business days for your order to be made before it is shipped. This may be slightly longer during holiday seasons. Shipping occurs Monday–Friday.

Returns & Exchanges

Order the wrong size, or prefer to exchange your piece for something else? Returns and exchanges are welcome.

RETURNS

Please notify us within 7 days of an item's arrival that you would like to return it. Original shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable, and the buyer is responsible for return shipping (purchased at your local USPS) when sending the item back. Once the item is received, we will issue a refund.

EXCHANGES

There is typically no fee to resize/rework an item. We just ask that the customer covers additional shipping costs.

REPAIRS

We do our best to make our jewelry last, but life can happen! If something goes wrong with your piece, we'd love to repair it for you. Repairs are free within 4 months of the item's arrival. After the 4 month period a small fee starting at $7 may apply. Please contact us for repairs.

Every order arrives in a gift-ready jewelry box finished with a bow—because you deserve a treat, too!

To stay eco-friendly, we typically combine multiple items into one box. If you're buying for different people and need individual boxes, please leave us a note at checkout.
